Kindergarten and First Grade – Design a new paintbrush

The conclusion of our unit on Structure and Function brought us back to the story that we read when we started the unit.  In the story, Angelina wanted to create a paintbrush that could paint thick lines AND thin lines AND big dots AND small dots.  Each student then designed their own paintbrush to solve this problem.  The students will be using their paintbrushes in art to see if it works!
